What is Paypal?
Paypal is
a payment system and accepted worldwide by
over 100 Millions of registered users. Paypal
accepts almost every mode of payment like Visa,
Master card, Maestro etc. (more info at www.paypal.com)
At this, Paypal protects equally the interests
of the customer and the seller. In this way
we don't get any sensitive data from you, like your
credit card number or your bank account number. We only get your e-mail address, your name, your address and the time of purchase.
How to purchase/download the products?
- Click on the "buy now" or "add to cart" button. With this you accept our terms.
- You will automatically be directed to Paypal. (With the shopping cart you have to check out first)
- Just login to your Paypal account and confirm the order. If you don't have an account you can just enter your data on the left. You don't need to register with paypal.
- After successful payment you will be automatically sent back to our web site (this can takes up to 30 seconds), Back on our site you will get your personal download links. Furthermore an email with your download links will be sent to your Paypal registered e-Mail address. Note that your download links will expire in a few hours.
Problems with the download after the payment / Error with the download system.
In this case please use our contact form and send us the following information:
- The Transaction Number (you'll get the number from Paypal after successful payment)
- Your e-Mail address (you are registered with paypal / you made the purchase with)
- Your Name and Surname
We will send you the corresponding Product manually via e-Mail as soon as possible (usually within 1-3 working days)
I didn't get any download-link after payment via e-check.
Download links are only sent when the transaction has been fully completed and the money has been credited to our Paypal account. You get your download links instantly after paymnent, when you pay via credit card or via instant transfer (from Paypal to Paypal).
With the e-check payment method however it takes about 4-5 working days until we receive your money. In this case you will get your download-links as soon as the money has been credited to our Paypal account and the transaction has been completed.
With e-check payment you can cancel your order at any time as long as we have NOT sent your download links. A cancellation of your order after we have sent your download-links is not possible because of the nature of our products (digital goods). Also read our terms
Installation instructions for Mac user (OSX).
The Installation files are self executive rar files. You can also unpack self executive rar files easily on a mac with unrarx:
- download and install UnrarX from www.unrarx.com (it's free)
- create a new folder and name it for example YummyBeats
- move our installation files into the new Folder
- right mouse click (or ctrl+mouse click) on the installation or exe file and open it with unrarx from the menu
- the sample files will be extracted. Sub folders will be created automatically. New samples will eventually be extracted into existing folders. Existing samples will not be deleted.
NOTE: The preset files within the Instrument libraries are currently for the Shortcircuit Sampler only, which is unfortunately only available for PC. So on a MAC you will have to map and layer the instruments on your own in your favorite sampler (all instruemt samples are also in wav) However if there will be new Preset files available for MAC compatible samplers you will be able to download them for free in the "my-account" section.
Which features do I get in the "my-account" area?
As Newsletter subscriber:

You will be informed about new features within our Newsletters.
I didn't get any password after signing up for the newsletter!
Please make sure that you've entered a valid e-mail address. Also check your spam filters and look into your junk folder. If you still didn't get a password contact us and we will add you manually to our subscribers list and send you a password.
I have changed my paypal email and got a second YummyBeats account after the purchase!
Our account system uses your paypal email to identify you and assign all your purchases to your YummyBeats account. This only works when your paypal email you make your purchases with is the same as your YummyBeats username (=your login email). Otherwise you will get a new YummyBeats account after the purchase because our system believes that you are a new customer then.
So at best you tell us when you change your paypal email address before you make a purchase so that we change it in your YummyBeats account.
If you have already made purchases with a new paypal email and got a second Customer account with us just contact us. We will assign your products to your first account manually and change your email to your new paypal email.
Of course you can alternatively keep multiple YummyBeats accounts but it is possible that you won't have some advantages then. Especially when you have bought the YummyBeats Collection Bundle.
